This Privacy Policy explains how Salaro handles information when you use the Salaro mobile app, widgets, subscriptions, and related services.
You may enter salary, bonus, work hours, workdays, break time, currency, language, theme, mascot, tone, sound preference, and onboarding preferences. Salaro uses this information to calculate and display live earnings estimates and related app features.
Core Salaro data is stored locally on your device using app storage. This includes salary inputs, schedule, currency choices, display settings, onboarding choices, streak state, language, theme, sound preference, subscription cache, and widget snapshots. Salaro v1 is designed so detailed salary inputs do not need to be uploaded to a Salaro account server for the core app experience.
Salaro v1 does not require a Salaro account, Sign in with Apple, or email sign-in. We do not collect an app account email, password, or Salaro user profile for the core app experience.
If you purchase Salaro Pro, purchases and subscription status are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Salaro may receive or read subscription-related information needed to unlock Pro, such as product ID, entitlement status, store, purchase status, purchase date, expiration date, renewal status, trial status, and restore status. We do not receive your full payment card number from the app stores.
Salaro may store a timestamp of the most recent successful Pro verification on your device. This is used to provide a limited offline grace period during short network interruptions. It is not a separate account, and it does not replace app store subscription records.
Home screen and lock screen widgets read local snapshots from your device to show live earnings estimates, workday progress, and coin jar information. Widget data may be visible without opening Salaro depending on your device and lock screen settings.
Sound effects are bundled with the app and played locally on your device. Salaro does not upload personal information when playing a sound or haptic effect.
Salaro does not sell your personal information. The current app does not use third-party advertising tracking. If we add analytics, crash reporting, or marketing measurement later, we will update this policy and any required app store privacy disclosures before collecting that data.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app and subscriptions, such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
