Welcome to Salaro. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Salaro mobile app, home screen widgets, lock screen widgets, subscriptions, and related services.
Salaro is a playful workday companion. It turns the salary, bonus, currency, schedule, workdays, break time, mascot, tone, and display preferences you enter into estimates such as earned today, rate per minute, workday progress, coin jar progress, payday moments, and loot comparisons. Salaro is for personal entertainment and productivity. It is not payroll software, accounting software, tax advice, financial advice, employment advice, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee your actual wages.
You are responsible for entering accurate information. Salaro calculates estimates from your inputs and app assumptions. Currency conversion uses fixed in-app rates for display only. Results may differ from your employer payroll, taxes, withholding, overtime, benefits, deductions, commissions, local labor rules, bank rates, exchange rates, or fees. Do not make employment, financial, tax, legal, or payroll decisions based only on Salaro.
Salaro Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, free trials, billing, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store. Prices, trial availability, taxes, and renewal terms may vary by region. Deleting Salaro does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
Salaro uses RevenueCat and the applicable app store to verify subscription status. The app may cache a recent successful Pro verification on your device so paying users can keep access during short network interruptions. A cached verification is temporary and may expire. If subscription verification later shows that Pro is inactive, unavailable, refunded, expired, or cancelled, Salaro may lock Pro features again.
Salaro stores salary settings, schedule, display preferences, onboarding choices, streak state, language, sound settings, theme, subscription cache, and widget snapshots locally on your device. Widgets read local snapshots to show estimates outside the app. Depending on your device settings, widget information may be visible without unlocking or opening Salaro. Do not enter information you are not comfortable seeing on your device or widgets.
Salaro may play short sound effects and haptic feedback when you tap buttons, tabs, the mascot, the coin jar, or payday controls. You can control sound effects in Settings. Device mute settings, volume, platform support, or operating system behavior may affect whether sounds or haptics play.
Do not misuse Salaro, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer or bypass paid features, attempt unauthorized access, exploit subscription verification, or use Salaro in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
We may change, pause, or remove features, themes, widgets, subscriptions, experiments, prices, supported platforms, or integrations. We may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Salaro is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, exact calculations, specific outcomes, continuous subscription verification, or that every device, widget, currency, store product, sound, haptic, or integration will work at all times.
